Refund policy

At Qiva Rest, we want every parent to feel confident when ordering baby-care essentials for travel, changing, storage, and everyday routines.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
Clean, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, signs of use, or washing
With all tags, accessories, detachable parts, manuals, and original packaging included
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Because our products are designed for baby-care use, hygiene and safety are very important. Items that have been used for diaper changes, feeding, baby care, or travel may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A short explanation of the issue
Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. When applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please send clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Used baby-care products
Items used during diaper changes or feeding
Items with stains, odors, washing marks, wear, or damage caused after delivery
Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or detachable parts
Personalized or custom items
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items, unless required by law
Products returned without approval

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or restricted goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, with tags, accessories, and original packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will review the case and provide the best available solution.

If the return is for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Qiva Rest products are designed to support everyday baby-care routines, organization, and travel convenience. Always use baby products responsibly and follow any care or safety instructions provided with the item.

For changing-station style products, always place the product on a clean, stable, flat surface and keep your baby under adult supervision at all times.
